The new residential complex is located in the northwest part of Milan, in the Dergano neighborhood, which has become a hub for technology, innovation, design, and creativity.
Within its private courtyard, we have designed 15 eco-sustainable apartments featuring sophisticated design, spacious terraces, and private gardens.

CONTEXT
Dergano neighborhood. Just a stone’s throw away from one of the world’s most significant and innovative urban redevelopment projects: Scalo Farini, a former rail yard where a linear forest will be created to purify the air for the entire city. The area is full of repurposed former industrial spaces. A prime example is the Maciachini Center, where colorful contemporary buildings house multimedia companies, green spaces, and trendy restaurants and bistros.
The neighborhood is well connected to the rest of the city thanks to the many buses and trams that serve the area and several metro stations, including Dergano on the M3 (yellow line).
